Rebecca Leach started her events career at Cancer Research UK delivering Race for Life and 10k events, before moving to London 2012 where she was the venue general manager of the Hyde Park Venue, which held the triathlon and marathon swimming events. Leach then set up ARC Event Consultancy where she is today. Working with UK Sport, international and national governing bodies, charities, and councils, on feasibility studies, developing strategies, event bids, tender documents, and training. She has also taken on numerous roles at major events, including Special Olympic National and World Games, Netball, Triathlon, Taekwondo World Championships, Modern Pentathlon European Championships as well as the School Games National Finals for the past seven years. She was recently selected to be on the inaugural UK Sport Event Leaders Programme.
