Nadu Placca has more than 14 years’ experience in the events industry. Nadu provides strategic solutions in events production, programming, and experiential marketing by offering tailored and bespoke services to each client.

In 2019, she founded The Zoo XYZ, a female-led and Black-owned events management agency. The Zoo XYZ encapsulates Nadu’s mission to turn her client’s vision into experience, in addition to giving back to her community through training and mentoring schemes.

In 2021, Nadu co-founded the Association of Black Event Professionals (ABEP), an organisation that represents Black individuals, businesses, and suppliers within the events industry. It is ABEP’s mission to create the largest network of its kind in the UK.

ABEP’s vision is to support sustainable growth for Black event professionals in the events industry with a predominant focus on the UK and a secondary focus on the USA and Africa.
