Ian Donaldson has worked for Festival Republic for more than 20 years. During that time he has performed many different roles at festivals across Europe. Along with multiple responsibilities for the last two years, he has headed up the access team for all Festival Republic and Live Nation festivals in the UK and Ireland. In two years the disabled access audience has grown by more than 35 per cent at these festivals. Download, Reading and Latitude festivals have all attained Gold under Attitude is Everything’s Charter of Best Practice. Donaldson has also worked to ensure that BSL Performance interpreting is now offered as standard at Download, Latitude, Reading and Leeds Festivals.
