Having started more than 20 years ago pushing flight cases and tipping trucks as local crew, Graeme is an experienced event health and safety practitioner and leads the health and safety team at Alexandra Palace. In the role of head of health and safety, Graeme supports the delivery of promoter-led music concerts on a 10,000 capacity standing floor, a range of exhibitions and trade shows along with in-house production of Kaleidoscope Festival and the venue’s annual fireworks extravaganza, which attracts audiences of up to 50,000. Graeme is also chair of the Safety Advisors Group for Entertainment (SAGE) which is one of the largest non-politically affiliated collective of safety advisors in the country.
