Clare has delivered shows in the event industry for over 15 years. Now a Director of Organise Chaos, Clare specialises in operations for outdoor events, working with independent festivals including Standon Calling, Outlook, and We Out Here. Clare has worked internationally including shows in Iceland, the Americas, Saudi Arabia, and Croatia.

With a passion for learning and a desire to deliver safe events, Clare has always endeavoured to further education and training in the industry, and was one of the first in the country to be accepted on an MSc in Crowded Places & Public Safety Management. Clare also teaches, mentors, and works with schools to develop access routes to the industry.
