Carly Gibbs is the Head of Guest Experience at Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work. She looks after the planning, development, production and delivery of the Guest Experience Programme on the Campus. She also manages the Guest Experience Host team, looking after the building receptions on the Estate. Carly is responsible to lead on the delivery of the ultimate experience of the Guests and visitors at Chiswick Park.

Carly joined Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work in 2016 as Events Manager and was promoted Head of Guest Experience in 2019.

Prior to her role at Chiswick Park, Carly was a Project Manager at Grounded Events Company, where she oversaw the event management and the event operations, logistics and production teams of the Brighton Marathon Weekend. Carly gained extensive experience working for various charity companies such as Comic Relief and Cancer Research UK. She led in the planning and implementation of major fundraising events.

An active sportswoman, Carly studied Sports Science at the University of Brighton.
