Brexit, building your brand, increasing footfall and generating revenue are just some of the topics set to be discussed at this year’s Event Buyers Live.
Two inspiring keynote speeches and a series of dedicated roundtables will leave events professionals feeling motivated and inspired at #EBL19.
Event Buyers Live’s opening keynote will see former Conservative Party leader, Iain Duncan Smith MP, discuss Brexit and the impact it will have on the events industry.
Events professionals attending the event will also get the opportunity to take part in a number of roundtables that will tackle topics such as sustainability, technical event production, campsites, access, event technology, creativity, event operations, health and safety and festivals, as well as generating revenue and increasing footfall, and arm those in attendance with practical knowledge and advice.
Furthermore, the event’s closing keynote is to be delivered by Piers Linney, entrepreneur and star of BBC2’s Dragon’s Den, who will share his experience of the business world, as well as his ideas on how to build a brand and manage risk.
“The sharing of best practice is absolutely paramount,” commented Neil Fagg, event director of Event Buyers Live. “I’m delighted that so many other great speakers will share their event experiences with us. These keynotes and roundtables have been carefully programmed to provide relevant topics where event professionals can learn from each other, while sharing experiences and discussing challenges.”
